Our restaurant takes the name from an ancient Roman road that crosses Emilia-Romagna region connecting the main cities. Emilia Romagna is considered the Food Valley in Italy, for our famous pastas such as Tortellini, Lasagne and Bolognese, authentically home-hand made in here. It’s famous also for its cured meat such as Parma Ham and Mortadella but mostly for our house speciality, the popular...GNOCCO FRITTO: a mouthwatering lightly-fried bread served as a starter along with cured meats and cheese. At Via Emilia every single product, pasta and also wine comes maniacally and exclusively from the region to let you take this vibrant journey through authentic traditions and flavours without being contaminated by the surrounding.
