We simply wanted to give a shake to the boring idea of the Classic Italian Restaurant. So we came directly from Parma with this objective in mind. Our MISSION is to share all the culinary traditions of the cuisine from PARMA and above all our starter experience: the very best CHARCUTERIE and CHEESE personally selected and imported only for our restaurant, such as Parma Ham and Parmesan Cheese, together with our beloved LAMBRUSCO, a slightly fizzy dry red wine strictly served strictly in BOWLS. But also you cannot miss our typical HOME-HAND-MADE PASTAS from Parma cuisine, such as Anolini in Brodo and Tortelli d’Erbetta! Don't worry, we also serve very authentic Lasagne and Tagliatelle Bolognese from the broader Emilia-Romagna region cuisine, honestly home-hand-made!
