Tucked away in a railway arch in southwest London, Vintersol Distillery creates small-batch spirits inspired by Nordic flavours, and guided by Scandinavian design principles. Our flagship product is aquavit, a spirit popular in Scandinavia and northern Germany, distilled and flavoured with caraway and/or dill seed. It's a very versatile spirit, delicious neat, with tonic like a gin, or in a variety of cocktails. Our shop is open on Thursdays, or any time if you drop us an email. We're always happy to introduce people to the world of aquavit. We also offer tours for small groups, which include the history of aquavit, our methods and equipment, and a guided tasting of a range of our spirits.
