Ilam Bunkhouse is nestled in Ilam Park, about 5 miles from Ashbourne and within the Peak District National Park, 20 minutes walk from Dovedale. The bunkhouse is located next to the National Trust shop, tearoom and visitor centre. There is also the National Trust caravan site in the park. Completely refurbished in 2012, Ilam Bunkhouse is in a wing of the old stableblock behind Ilam Hall. It is on two floors, with the main accommodation upstairs, and showers and toilets downstairs.Bunk beds over 3 dormitories sleeping up to 16. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner area. Ilam Bunkhouse is available for sole use only, ideal for families of all ages, education and volunteering groups.
