Dugan’s Kitchen & Bakery makes creative and unique French style individual sweet and savoury tarts using quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. The tarts are little works of art made of our delicious handmade pastry. Choose from a selection of sweet tarts filled with a chocolate ganache, frangipane or salted caramel and decorated with fresh fruit, nuts and finished with real Belgian chocolate. If you're in the mood for something savoury why not try one of our lunch specials such as our roasted sweet potato, red onion, walnut and cheddar tart with a fresh crisp coleslaw. In addition to her signature tarts our head baker and owner Tracy Dugan also bakes delicious almond cakes, Florentines and gooey chocolate brownies, all made with top quality ingredients.
