Charming old former farmhouse in quiet hamlet off the beaten track on borders of north Herefordshire & south Shropshire where England meets Wales. Peaceful and tranquil with open views over farmland towards wooded hills. Ground floor entrance hall, drawing room, dining room, kitchen with four-oven AGA, utility/loo/shower-room, log fires. On first floor: five double/twin bedrooms (2 en suite), one family bathroom. Bedroom six is a bunkbed room on the ground floor. The cellar cavern has a pool table and ping-pong table Gardens with millstream, swings and trampoline. Plenty parking in gravelled farmyard with storage for bicycles and outdoor equipment. Open all year. Dogs and horses welcome, children by arrangement.
