Having undergone extensive refurbishment - and with a long, illustrious history as a dining hall - Acres inhabits one of our most magnificent heritage spaces. The exquisite original features have been lovingly restored to create an enchanting and unique restaurant. Ashridge House champions high quality meat, fruit and vegetables that are sourced in season from local farmers. We harvest ingredients from our very own herb and vegetable garden, grown on site and lovingly tended to by our gardening team. We also provide all of our chefs with sustainable food training.
