Affectionately known by the team, and locals, as the ‘Groovy Griff’, the Griffin has been a McMullen pub since 1957. It’s a traditional community pub that really has a special place in the hearts of the people, offering the finest locally brewed real ales with water drawn from the McMullen’s well, world beers and hospitality that has to be experienced to be believed. Enjoy our large external seating area and soak up the Great British sunshine (when you can!). With live sports from Sky and TNT, darts, pool and more, there’s always something going on at the Griffin! Our event space is ideal for groups, meetings, or privacy.
