Luton's only traditional wood fired oven. Italian food prepared by Italians using only 100% Italian ingredients with all fresh produce sourced locally. We want to give you an authentic experience by bringing a taste of Italy to Luton! Our Pizziaolo freshly prepares our dough following a traditional receipe. The dough is left to rise for around 48 hours allowing for the air pockets to form. Our pizza's are made with love. Only time and patience can create the airiness and lightness that is the norm of a Neapolitan style pizza. We don't just do pizza, let us tempt you with a fried or oven cooked calzone, chicken in pizza bun, one of our big insalatone salads or a classic plate of pasta!
