My name is Trace Buggins and I am proud to be the Head chef at Mount Pleasant Golf Club. Our kitchen takes great pride in delivering “Modern British Cooking” to the members at Mount Pleasant Golf Club. My team and I recognise that whether we are providing a lunch menu for 2, or a 5 course wedding feast for 80, that we have a responsibility to make sure we create the right environment, provide the right timing and, of course, great food, so that you enjoy your dining experience and get great value for your money. The kitchens are passionate about food and about what we do - we enjoy new challenges and we like to bring the latest techniques, flavours and presentations to our menus, but without forgetting the great classic combinations and without forgetting that what you want is great food at reasonable prices. During 2017 we are looking to further improve our services, and updated clubhouse menu, more specials and more events centered round the major sporting events in the calendar. At Mount Pleasant we are open for business 7 days a week serving you a variety of delicious snacks, meals & drinks from our club house menu in our restaurant where the dining room overlooks the 9/18th hole. If you are planning an event, birthday party, wedding, why not think about using our excellent restaurant, whether you’re thinking of a sit down 4 course meal, a finger/fork buffet or something in between, be assured our team can cater for your special occasion. Our on-site Events Manager will also be on hand to help you tailor your requirements and deal with your enquiries.
