Today it boasts a relaxed lounge and bar area, an open kitchen powered by a charcoal‑fueled Josper grill and a wood‑burning oven, and a stylish dining room that serves a seasonal Mediterranean‑influenced menu crafted from British‑grown produce, free‑range eggs and responsibly sourced fish.
