Blanchflower Bakery & Kitchen is a daytime restaurant where almost everything we sell is made by us, from scratch daily. Sourdough bread, viennoiserie, pastry (both puff and shortcrust), cakes (of course), tarts and doughnuts (at the weekend) - it's all made in our in house bakery. Alongside this we have a full kitchen and we make both brunch & lunch in the week and an all-day brunch at the weekend. We do not take reservations but our restaurant is pretty big so the longest wait time is 5 minutes normally. We have a long history in specialty coffee in Manchester and have very high standards. In addition we make our own soft drinks. Wine and beers are available too.
