The Cugini We are 3 out of 8 cousins making pizza out of Edgworth Cricket Club Bolton. The name cugini means cousins in Italian. Our Grandad came over from Italy in the 60’s and although we are born n bred in Bolton, We have been brought up with a passion for Italian food, especially pizza. The recent boom in Neapolitan style pizza in the Manchester area has inspired us to start our own take
