We're bringing simple, straightforward, bistro food to your local neighbourhood. Hispi opened in Didsbury, a Manchester suburb, in 2016 and was awarded “Restaurant of the Year” that same year. Hispi has also ranked 29th in the Northern Restaurant Awards top 100. Stop by for lunch or join us for some early evening dining with our set menu.
