This two hours class is cleverly structured to run through the fundamental styles of cocktail making, while also offering background knowledge on the premium ingredients and, above all, a focus on an interactive, hands-on experience for each participant. Available every Monday at 4pm, every Thursday at 2pm, every Friday at 3pm. If you are a group (minimum 8) we can organise in a different day and time. Your ticket includes: - Welcome Italian Aperitivo created by yourself - Masterclass on 3 classic aperitivo cocktails with our mixologist - Creation of one cocktail of your choice from the ones explained - Dinner with aperitivo traditional food (sharing board with ham, cheese, olive, focaccia, garlic bread, arancini, pizzette, bruschette, crocchette etc - vegetarian option available on request)
