Devised by one of the key players in the legendary Hacienda club movement, Manchester Bartender School aims to provide aspiring cocktail bartenders, the skill and the knowledge needed to break into the industry. Through participating in one of our bar tender training courses, you can take up bar tending internships across Europe, the US and the Caribbean. Our courses cover everything - from bar set up, attitude and cleanliness - to the methods and the history of drink making. We also provide new and seasoned cocktail drinkers an insight to spirit/cocktail knowledge in our 2 hour Master-Classes, run by award-winning cocktail bartenders from across the industry.
