R&V is a small team of dedicated foodies, trying to make a big change to how Manchester eats lunch. The founder, Simon, comes from two lines of farmers who worked hard to grow the best food that nature can offer, and since 2018, we’ve been bringing all the flavour of those simple, quality products, inspired by French and Belgian cuisine. We like to know exactly what we’re eating. Because we’re proud of the food we sell and the suppliers we work with, we’ll tell you all you need to know about the sourcing of our food. Everything is procured as locally as possible, using tons of great ingredients from farms in Cheshire and Lancashire. Our speciality coffee is roasted by Limini in West Yorkshire, and we make all our sandwiches with fresh, organic bread from the best bakery in the country, Kendal's Lovingly Artisan.
