We are a very small family run traditional bakery. Established in 1864, we are Manchester's oldest family run craft bakery and very proud of it. Our staples are Manchester Cob - a crusty loaf that is super soft and fluffy on the inside, Manchester Tart - if you've never had one come and try! We make a massive selection of pies using traditional recipes and methods.
