Singh Sizzlers
About
Why is it when you think of traditional Indian restaurants, you think of dated décor, predictably mild or over spiced dishes, watered-down beer and strange music filling in the silence that made you feel as though you were on a meditation retreat. As an Indian in a cosmopolitan town I noticed there was nowhere to go as an Indian that was exciting, where the food was close to home, all the while being able to try new dishes that were traditionally Indian! Where there we’re cocktails menu that had some influence of Indian within it! When we say authentic, what we mean by that is that every ingredient of the dish, whether it’s chillies that have been imported from India, spices that you won’t find anywhere other than your grandma’s spice tray, lentils, or Jatka (non-halal) meat is prepared and served with the old methodology of Indian culture.
