We are situated in the beautiful scenic village of Whitworth, overlooking the idyllic Healey Dell nature reserve. Serving fresh, authenic Thai cuisine from our resident Chef Bia. The Birches Hotel is a free house with quality popular beers, ales and ciders on draft, an extensive range of craft gins and mixers and a good selection of wines and spirits. With a roaring open fire and a traditional pub atmosphere it's the perfect setting for families and friends alike, to enjoy a meal or night out. We feature live bands performing every other weekend. In 2019 we are proud to announce the return of use of our bowling green, which boasts unrivalled views of our beautiful location. -The Birches can be booked for functions by contacting the pub landline- PLEASE NOTE: The bar at The Birches only accepts cash payments or you can pay by downloading the app Zapper.
