Our restaurant is run by our dedicated Hospitality and Culinary Arts students under the supervision of expert tutors who have worked in some of the best-known hotels and restaurants in the country. We can seat up to 65 people and are available for private parties of 30 or more, with menus designed around your specific requirements. At The Glass House, we use only the finest, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. All of our dishes are prepared fresh daily and all of our menus include vegetarian and vegan options. We offer a unique gourmet dining experience which is equal to the food and service you would receive in the finest hotels and restaurants.
