The Lime Tree Restaurant and Wine Bar, Bollington is housed in a pair of converted victorian shops and retains many original features. The restaurant is owned and run by The same team behind the renowned Lime Tree Didsbury and both are supplied with lamb, pork and beef from their own farm near Macclesfield forrest as well as a host of other locally sourced offerings from beer brewed in Bollington to bread baked by their own baker
