About
Torr Vale Mill was built in the 1780's as a cotton mill. It's Grade 2* listed for many of it's features and is also the mill in the UK with the longest continuous production of textile standing at 210 years! It has since been taken on as a renovation project by a local family. To date it now hosts a pump manufacturing business, several commercial office spaces, a bar/restaurant and a craft beer and cheese shop, a beautiful large events space with a bar and four self catering holiday cottages. Renovations continue to preserve this iconic piece of history in the Peak District.
