Do I have to book a table at YO!?

You don’t have to book, but we highly recommend doing so to secure a spot and avoid any queues—especially during busy times.

Why is the branch I want to book not coming up?

The following restaurants are walk‑in only and do not take bookings: Heathrow T2, Heathrow T3 & London Selfridges.  Some other branches are also walk‑in only on weekends.

I have a booking but one of my party can’t attend, what now?

Simply cancel your booking via the link on your confirmation e‑mail or give us a call on 0333 090 6257 to reschedule or adjust your reservation.

Can I request a table outside?

Seating is on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so we can’t guarantee an outside table for your reservation.

I want to book a booth, what do I do?

YO! operates on a first‑come, first‑served seating system, so we can’t guarantee booth seating; however, wherever you sit you’ll still get a great YO! experience.

Do you have high‑chairs?

Yes! Most YO! restaurants have high‑chairs.  To ensure availability, please let us know in advance of your booking that you need one.

Can I pay by cash?

We are currently only accepting electronic/card payments in all of our UK restaurants and cannot accept coins or notes.
