Heritage Cottage is a charming holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Walmer, and a short walk to the seafront. Stylishly decorated throughout, the house has a large sitting room, and dining room – perfect for socialising and relaxing. The enclosed garden has two seating areas positioned to catch the sun. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Heritage Cottage is the ideal base to enjoy the attractions and history of Deal and Walmer, the two castles, the long promenade, and the delightful conservation area with its boutique shops and artisan cafes. There is an enclosed patio to the rear with seating Please be advised loud music is not permitted during any stays Wi-Fi access Central heating throughout Open fire place - please request logs when booking ?No parking but free on street parking available House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
