The Green House is an elegant holiday home beautifully decorated by its creative owners including heritage paint on the walls which contrasts with the stunning abstract art, velvet sofas in the sitting room and a stunning terrazzo worktop in the kitchen. The house sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms and has a lovely sociable open plan sitting / dining room, and a large kitchen which leads to the garden. Underfloor heating and a wood burner make this house perfect for year-round stays. Located in the heart of vibrant Deal, the house is close to the popular conservation area with its artisan shops and café, and a short walk to the lovely promenade and beach. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
