On-street parking in front of home Noise Please note this property is a semi-detached bungalow, with neighbours adjoining. Therefore loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbours on both sides of the property. There is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) and any excessive noise will incur a fine of £150. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm. Groups aged under 30 are not permitted and the house is more suited to family groups.
