Tan Bueno is a Spanish fusion tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of Sandwich, Kent.<br />Our kitchen is currently under the direction of Head Chef, Luca Mattia.<br /><br />South facing, our restaurant sits towards the back of the building, with a beautiful lean to glass roof that floods the restaurant with natural light by day, by night however the restaurant offers a more relaxed candle lit dining experience.<br /><br />Aswell as our restaurant, the building also boasts a well appointed and carefully curated cocktail lounge.<br /><br />With over 30 years of experience working in kitchens for the likes of Soho House, Sushissamba and most notably Michelin Star restaurant, Locanda Locatelli.<br /><br />Drawing on his deep roots in Italian and Japanese culinary traditions, Head Chef Luca Mattia presents a unique fusion and contemporary interpretation on Spanish Tapas.<br /><br />
