We at BASSLETONS FISH BAR pride ourselves in the food we serve. We sell ICELANTIC COD AND HADDOCK.We make our owns chips in shop and unlike most chip shops WE DO NOT USE CHEMICALS TO KEEP THEM WHITE.We do it old school and bring you the taste you will remember.We also make our own black peppered fish cakes..Our work area and the prep area is open for all to see.You can watch us cut our fish and cook it in front of you..Our chicken parmo's(the north east's fav) is also prep in front of you..We were voted in the top 3 best fish and chip shops by the evening gazette in 2014..We have 5 stars as done by the food and hygene on the 12/11/2014..We have been in the chip shop trade for almost 20yrs..To read more reviews goto facebook and goto bassleton court fish bar...If you need anymore help follow the locals and the school kids..WE DO NOT BELONG TO ANY OTHER CHIP SHOP WE DO NOT BUY AWARDS,our awards come from the people who walk through our doors..we have won many awards VOTED by people NOT BOUGHT...IF YOU ARE A TRUE FISH LOVER WHO LOVES FISH AND CHIPS THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME
