Welcome to the Mercure Moltens Restaurant, We blend technique, quality and passion in order to achieve a high standard of dining experience. The different dishes cooked in our restaurant are specifically ordered and are provided from the best meat producers and suppliers, the source which is used, alongside with the whole team in our restaurant are in aid to support our environment both locally and further afield. Our restaurant offers the latest concept in dining with the interactive and unique 'Hot Rock' cooking system. Volcanic rocks are heated to 440°C and a range of meats, fishes and vegetables are seared and then served on the rocks still cooking so that you can finish the food to your taste adding sauces and seasoning to suit. No oils are used in the cooking process so the food is healthy, natural and tastes succulent. During the day we offer a lounge menu which features a range of light dishes from around the world. In order to suit all of our guests needs, guests with special dietary requirements or allergies, the chef and his team will try his upmost to cater for your needs. Whilst we will do our best to cater for our guests' specific requirements, we cannot guarantee that conformity will be 100% or accept responsibilities for any unintended deficiency or resultant reaction or illness, unless caused by our negligence.
