The fabulous dining room in the boutique country house hotel, with its wood paneling, candlelight and views across the terrace and gardens, is the splendid stage for first-rate cuisine that attracts both guests and locals. Using fine fresh seasonal ingredients our talented kitchen produces a menu mixing British and European dishes that has earned two AA rosettes. We’re not surprised. The likes of a goat's cheese Waldorf salad, pan-fried salmon with almonds and sea bream with samphire and lobster cream speak for themselves. It’s relaxed but seriously good dining. Enjoy afternoon tea on the terrace or in the drawing, sample lunch and dinner in the dining room or opt for private dining for that special occasion.
