About
Silverdale Farmhouse B&B is set in a peaceful location in a small hamlet nestled between the Cheviots and the Simonside hills. Situated in Snitter, just outside of Rothbury, Silverdale is a 200-year-old former farmhouse, once owned by Lord Armstrong as part of his Cragside Estate. Silverdale Farmhouse is on the edge of the Northumberland National Park and the Sandstone Way, plus other cycling and walking routes, ideally situated for Cragside House & Gardens, Alnwick Castle, Kielder Forest and the coastal areas of Bamburgh, Seahouses, Amble and the Farne Islands.
