About

The Escape Key is a premium escape room centre located in an atmospheric warehouse in the historic Gallowgate area (the place where witches were once hanged) of the city. We aim to give you the best possible experience with the quality of our games and the service we offer our customers. Play The Plague or Witch overlooking the ancient graveyard or try to save the world from Armageddon! The Electric City game is based on Newcastle's heritage as the first city in the world to be lit by electric light. We also offer three outdoor escape adventures, played using our app. Two of these, Rosie's Charm and Thirteen Ghosts, are played on the streets of Newcastle's city center. The Magic Bottles outdoor escape adventure is based in Alnwick.
