Penelope's cafe sits alongside the Monmouthshire & Brecon canal in the heart of Goytre Wharf. We offer Barista style coffee, cakes, hot and cold snacks and ice cream. We are opening 10am - 4PM Tuesday to Sunday all year round. Our fluffy friends are welcome! Due to COVID-19 face masks are to be worn upon entering. Petition’s are put in between each table inside the cafe.
