Daventry Museum is a fully accredited museum in the centre of Daventry, providing a friendly and welcoming space for people to share stories and learn about Daventry's rich past. Permanent displays feature the town's ancient charters, weights and measures, and mayoral regalia. Alongside these permanent displays, the museum has 3 temporary exhibitions throughout the year. Children can interact with museum objects in the Explorer Corner and do fun activities such as colouring in, object hunts and quizzes. The museum is free to visit and welcomes visits from schools and community groups. Please contact us to plan your visit. Daventry Museum is operated by Daventry Town Council and supported by volunteers who steward the museum and put on exhibitions. Opening times: 9:30am to 13:30PM Tuesday to Friday and the first Saturday of the month from 10:00AM to 16:00PM. Wheelchair accessible
