Welcome to Oak Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast, Oak Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast is modern built traditional country farm house located in the beautiful Norfolk Broads village of Potter Heigham. We have two different bedroom options, one super king bedroom upstairs with en-suite shower room and a ground double bedroom with adjacent jacuzzi bathroom. The properties interior has a traditional country farm house feel with solid oak doors, flooring and carpentry. The property is surrounded by countryside with the River Thurne in the distance. With our rural location animals and nature is in abundance with a range of bird life including Barn Owls, Marsh Harriers and a variety of waterfowl. On the lucky occasion of an early morning Red Deer can be seen grazing the marshes next to the farm. A perfect retreat for birdwatchers, walking enthusiasts or anyone looking to visit the Norfolk Broads and surrounding countryside.
