Bilsthorpe Heritage Museum

About

We are a small, volunteer run museum, which has the most comprehensive collect of mining artifacts and research materials in Nottinghamshire. Entry is free and includes a drink and a guided tour by an ex-miner if required. We rely entirely on selling hand made gifts and donations from supporters. We have mining and social history artifacts as well as resources for research and an archive of the local CHAD newspaper going as far back as the 19th century.
