The restaurant sits in a 200‑year‑old former mill, a proud part of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site, and offers a blend of classic British and contemporary European cuisine crafted with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Patrons can enjoy a relaxed, stylish atmosphere inside the mill’s open‑plan dining room or step onto one of the two spacious outdoor terraces to sip cocktails and take in the serene river views. The restaurant is closed for evening service on Sunday and closed on Monday and Tuesday altogether. Reservations are encouraged for dinner and large groups, and a dedicated line is available for corporate hospitality requests.
