The Midland Railway - Butterley is a heritage railway running Steam and Diesel hauled trains that take visitors to our museum complex at Swanwick Junction. Here you can visit our Country Park, Demonstration Signal Box, Victorian Railwayman's Church, the West Shed Experience - home of the Princess Royal Class Locomotive Trust, Narrow Gauge Miniature and Model Railways.
