The MSC have set standards for sustainable wild fishing and supply chain traceability. Cod and Haddock are our most popular species which we currently source from Norwegian and Icelandic waters.The fish stocks here are actually the fastest growing in the world and are accredited by the MSC. They are are continually monitored and managed by fisherman and scientists to ensure sustainability. Our supplier of potatoes is local, and our chips are peeled, chipped, and fried fresh daily.
