Nestled between land and sea, at the top of a tranquil tidal creek on the Salcombe estuary, the Millbrook Inn is a hidden haven for those who enjoy good food, great wine and a pint of local ale in front of the fire or by the brook. We take great care and love in our offering, and source the finest local drinks, produce, and highest quality meat and vegetables from our family farm, Fowlescombe Farm, about 15 miles away. Our food is prepared and served simply to reflect the seasons, in the tranquil South Devon country surroundings. Our home, the idyllic village of South Pool sits within easy reach by road from Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes. At high tide it’s just a short cruise up the water from Salcombe. New for 2023, we have refurbished a former barn across the road to provide beautiful, serviced accommodation for groups of up to eight people. The two interconnected cottages are fitted to the highest standards of comfort, style and Millbrook charm.
