Located just 70 metres from the sandy beach and a short walk to Burnham‑on‑Sea’s town centre, the property offers the perfect blend of historic character and modern comforts. All rooms are en‑suite, featuring flat‑screen TVs, free Wi‑Fi, tea and coffee, and are available in a range of styles – from a spacious Superior Room with a king‑size bed, to a family‑friendly Large Family Room, a cosy Small Double and a standard Standard Double. Prices start at £75 per night, inclusive of breakfast, and vary seasonally with a minimum stay of two nights in the low/mid season. The guest house boasts its own indoor heated pool (7m × 3m) open from breakfast until early evening, as well as a south‑facing garden and private car park. The breakfast spread is hearty, offering a full English, cereals, fruit and fresh coffee. The friendly staff are happy to accommodate dietary requests.
