Located in the George Hotel, the restaurant is open to non-residents as well as guests staying within the hotel. Recently refurbished, the rich silver and gold decor, soft lighting and modern paintings by local artists set the scene for a superb dining experience, perfectly complemented by the seasonal menu that includes more local ingredients than ever before. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, many produced in and around Penrith, are used to create a cuisine that is contemporary English with strong traditional influences.
