Advance Booking Essential 1. SCOTTISH CHEESE OR CHARCUTERIE TASTINGS: Join us for a sumptuous tasting, exploring the best of Scottish produce. You’ll enjoy 10 tastings of 5 of the very best Scottish cheeses (one on a plain oatcake, one with a matched deli topping), OR 10 tastings, featuring 5 of the best charcuterie samples from Scotland’s growing list of fabulous makers. You'll be talked through what's on offer, and keep your Scottish tasting map as a souvenir. 2.FARM TOURS: Join Managing Partner Becky as she feeds Errichel’s animal residents. A super way to find out more about our ethically-reared animals and our ethos, you will meet and feed our Large Black Pigs, Rare-breed Sheep, Shetland Cattle, an assortment of Chickens, and many ducks! Our Farm Tour & Feed Round takes place at 10am on selected days, and lasts about an hour. Booking by 4pm the day before your tour is required. There is a maximum of eight spaces available on each tour, so book online now to avoid disappointment.
