Every English town or city has its favourite chip shop, especially when you can also sit in and where the shop is a local hub or draws customers from miles around. Francine's is one of those. On the fringe of a very poor area, but award winning constantly busy and renown. Not fine dining but a good option for locals and visitors.fresh fish from the local quay. Well worth a Tripadvisor listing.
