Freathy apartment with heated swimming pool

Set in the grounds of a country house on the South coast of Cornwall. On site there is a shared heated swimming pool (Apr-Sep), play areas and plenty of parking. Located on the edge of the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, the villages of Cawsand & Kingsand are a 10 minute walk down a public footpath. Whitsand Bay offering 4 miles of sandy beach backed by cliffs is a 2 minute drive. The lounge/dining room has comfortable seating for 2 and dining seating for 4. There is a TV with freeview & DVD player. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, plenty of cupboard space & all the usual preparation equipment. The bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Outside there is an area with a picnic bench, & views across the site to open fields beyond. All linen is provided, & is changed weekly. Towels are also provided, & are changed bi-weekly. Please bring your own towels for the pool & beach.
