The Royal Oak - Andrew & Sarah Fox welcome you to The Royal Oak, their family run, family friendly freehouse in the heart of Dorset. Situated on the A354 between the county town of Dorchester and the North Dorset market town of Blandford; The Royal Oak can be found in the traditional Dorset village of Milborne St Andrew. The pub’s location makes it popular with walkers, locals & tourists alike. Offering delicious food & drink in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we are sure you will be glad you visited us! The Bar Our delightful main bar and restaurant is full of charm, and we offer a relaxing and comfortable space to regular guests, people passing through and those visiting historic Dorset. We offer a delicious wines, casque mark approved real ales, lagers, ciders and a fabulous soft drink selection for your enjoyment! The Sports Bar We have a separate sports bar, with a darts board, where we show all major sporting events on our two screens. In addition to this we have a skittle alley used by lots of local teams and societies, please enquire if you are interested in using the alley. The Restaurant Our varied menu offers plenty of choice, the emphasis is on fresh, local ingredients and serving quality, traditional pub food. Carvery Our delicious carvery is available Friday lunchtime between 12-2.30 & 6 -8.30, and is available from 12-8 every sunday - booking is essential! The Garden Our spacious pub garden offers a great place for kids to run around and play on our play equipment. with plenty of tables available it is a lovely place to while away long summer evenings. In addition to the main garden we have a small court yard area with direct access to the bar and a tv screen so you can enjoy some fresh air while keeping up to date with sporting events!
