We are the only distillery in Scotland where you can stay overnight in the same building as a working distillery. As an award-winning distillery, we offer whisky tours and tasting to introduce you to our Hebridean spirits and hospitality as part of your stay. Experience a unique dining experience overlooking the best panoramic distillery views in Scotland (if we do say so ourselves). Our menu features the best local produce and is served in our onsite restaurant with stunning views over to the Cuillin mountains on the Isle of Skye. Rooted in centuries of illicit distilling, our handcrafted Isle of Raasay Gin and Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky are inspired by the the island's geology and ingredients. Every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the island using water from the our well.
