A unique collaboration between Talisker Distillery - Skye's oldest distillery and The Three Chimneys at the distillery's newly designed water front space in Carbost. The restaurant, located on the water just in front of the iconic new visitor centre has stunning views over the loch and towards the Cuillin Hills. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the rugged beauty of Skye through locally sourced food and drink. Our philosophy of local provenance and sustainability shines through every dish, promising an authentic and unforgettable culinary journey. We are open for Lunch only from 12pm until 5pm.
