Paddle boarding is a relatively new activity to the UK, as water sports go it is very accessible to all ages and all fitness levels. Book a two hour beginner session and you will be standing up paddling enjoying the scenery within fifteen minutes. Once up and going paddle boarding offers the opportunity to explore the UK coast and waterways giving you access to beautiful scenery and wildlife. At the same time almost without you noticing paddle boarding will improve your fitness working all your muscle groups from your core to your fingers and toes. Based in central southern England Phil runs a mobile service covering rivers, canal's lakes and the coast.
